What to do this weekend in Amsterdam..
Amsterdam is definitely doing its best to stay on the list of international party hubs, with a city with so much variety, its hard to keep up on where to go. Let Lost & Found give you a guide on what to do this weekend:
Friday 7th September
- Transnatural Festival Opening Weekend @ Nemo
The Opening weekend of Transnatural Festival at Friday 7 and Saturday 8 September is hosted by the progressive ctm (club transmediale Berlin) and the Amsterdam based FIBER Festival: Two nights full of art, design, performance and music by the best international dj’s, artists and designers.
- Chris Liebing presents CLR AMSTERDAM 2012
Studio 80 will bring you another night you won’t remember but never forget. With a line up of DVS1, Tommy Four Seven, Brian Sanhaji (live) and Gloom & Dispar Vulgo in room 2 (hosted by compound).
Saturday 8th September
- Festival de BetonCentrale
Festival de BetonCentrale, an intiative by PLAK, will bring together all the elements: the fire of the sun, the sandy earth under your feet, the water of the IJ-river and the outside air of Amsterdam Noord. On a magical spot where there has never before been given an outdoor party BetonCentrale will celebrate with deep chicagohouse which will fuidly translate to a dirty warm techno. For the line up: Gerd, Sandrien, Alex Salvador, Ferro & Alex Supertramp, Schmutz, KlapSandwich, as well as Fank Haag, Jamie Frias, William Koster, Normano, Jesse Ten from The New Dutch School.
- My Own Little World Pop Up Shop
Saint Germaine Creative Agency are hosting a “My Own Little World” Pop Up Shop, which will see a sweet collection of vintage pieces, art, installations, food & drinks.
- Haute Cultuur and Makers van Mooie Dingen presents: FEEST ZONDER RICHTLIJNEN
Feest Zonder Richtlijnen will bring an enjoyable chaos in the boring nightlife of Amsterdam. This evening at the Studio/K will see a musical diversity with a mix of music style’s. From R&B to Bass, from House to Indierock. This promises to be an evening full of dynamic, happiness and a laidback living room feeling.
Sunday 9th September
- Click at the Beach Closing
The summer season of Click is synonymous to parties and joyfulness and has attracted many to Woodstock at Bloemendaal. This weekend sees the closing of Click at the Beach so buy your tickets quick because it will be legendary with DJ’s Nick Curly (DE), Mark Henning (live) DE, Michel de Hey and Wouter de Moor.
